- Please be advised through out the island of Kauai there are wild flocks of chickens. The crowing of roosters can be heard and may be of concern to some "late sleepers".
- Air conditioning is only in the living room of each unit.
- Beach not suitable for swimming due to under currents.
- Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. Keys must be turned in to front desk upon check-out of each unit. Incidental charges will be paid at check-out of unit.
