Suite Amenities:
All of the suites at the Jockey Club have access to two guest elevators (in each tower). One bedroom suite (sleeps 4) has: a king-size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedroom suite (sleeps 6) has: a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second room, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and are 1,100 square feet. All the suites have air-conditioning, stereo, DVD player, and hair dryer(s). Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their age. Two towers make up the Jockey Club, the Ascot Tower and the Derby Tower.
Non-Smoking:
All suites are non-smoking and the resort is a non-smoking property (including hallways, common areas, patio deck and pool area). Smoking is only permitted in certain designated exterior areas on the property. These designated areas are outside on the north side of the building “tuck-under” area in the middle of the two buildings and outside at the east end of the balcony area, second floor adjacent to the pool deck and construction area. Please remember, the resort is a smoke-free property and
VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY.
Housekeeping:
Daily trash removal. Towels or bed linens left in the laundry basket will be replaced. Stays of 7 days will receive one full service cleaning mid-week including linens. Additional full service cleanings may be arranged for a nominal fee.
Privacy Sign - At any time, Management and housekeeping can enter your suite to either address safety concerns or provide service. Each day, housekeeping will come to your suite. If the privacy sign is placed on your door, the team will not bother you until after 3 pm; however, after 3 pm, the team will be entering your suite to complete daily service and SAFETY CHECKS.
